BACK TO JERUSALEM!!

“I will return to Zion and dwell in Jerusalem.” (Zech 8:3)

Join us on a journey of returning as we retrace the ancient route of a crusader king down the coastlines of Europe, all the way from the frigid fjords of Norway in the north to the warm waters of the Mediterranean Sea, an all-time epic voyage to the Land and People of Israel and the City where God Himself has chosen to dwell! :D

As you can already imagine, the Back to Jerusalem DTS is an adventure like no other. Together we will have the opportunity of writing a new chapter into a very old story and changing the direction of history as we  activate and mobilise the Ships and Cities of our continent to come into alignment with Gods purposes and agenda for both Israel and the nations of the world in 2027 and far beyond!

The mission we will embark on to accomplish is made up of a few elements:

• To prophetically declare the soon return of The King and 'prepare the way of the Lord' by physically sailing and opening a 'highway through the seas' from Europe back to Jerusalem.

• To participate in bringing in the great end-time harvest as we join in preaching and demonstrating the Gospel of the Kingdom together with our brothers and sisters in every place we set our feet!

• To contribute to the creation of a bridge of relationships and trust that will serve to connect the hearts of the Body of Messiah (Christ) in Europe with the Jewish people and their ancient God-given homeland.

• To actively and practically choose to bless and love Gods chosen people wherever/however we can and to practice Pauls strategy and principle of 'to the Jew first' that we find in Romans 1:16.

This is no crusade.
This is not only about Israel.
In contrast to those in whose wake we will be sailing, we will be bringing good news! And this good news is for absolutely all.
We are pilgrims that sail south with a zeal in our hearts to be those who "proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation, who say to Zion, “Your God reigns!”” (Isaiah 52:7)
In other words you could say that our goal is to do the exact opposite of that which the crusaders are famous for! Into every port where we come we will aim to enter with humility, peace and the message of reconciliation that the Gospel so clearly offers to everyone who will receive it.

Preparation - Lecture phase

Of course to be able to sail out on this special mission we will first need to be fully equipped and trained. Therefore we will begin our journey with 2 months together on our beautiful training base in Sola, Norway which is located literally right on the sandy shore of the North Sea. This time will be absolutely foundational to build and grow us as a team and will include 10-12 weeks of input, inspiration and application from many of our favorite teachers as they share on topics that they personally both burn for and live out in their own lives.

The first 3 months of our DTS you get the opportunity to deepen your relationship with The Lord while preparing you to go out to the nations on outreach. You will receive life transforming teaching on a variety of topics, such as:

We will also have worship times, intercession, evangelism and bible reading groups (We read through the whole Bible!)

Outreach

Following this period of preparation we will be sent out from the nation of Norway and set sail southwards along the 'Northern Way' with our sights towards Jerusalem. In YWAM we call this next stage of the program 'Outreach Phase' - from here on there is no turning back!

2027 Route Plan:

The Back to Jerusalem DTS is a 3-part journey that will take place over the next three years and comprise of 3 unique DTS programs that will sail different sections of the whole route, the aim is to complete part 3 by October, 2029.

We will begin the first DTS in April 2027 and the planned route/schedule is as follows:

Lecture phase dates: Sola, Norway. - April to Mid-June.

Outreach phase dates:
Sail to England from Norway. (Approx. duration 1 week.)
London, England (approx. 1 month)
Sail to Spain/France. (Approx. 1 week)
Santiago de Compostela, Spain. (Approx. 1 month)
Fly to Israel.
Jerusalem, Israel. (Approx. 1 month.)
Conclusion and sending out from Jerusalem from Galilee!!

Approx. end date: October 2027.

Summary

As those who have already encountered the life-saving grace of the Jewish Messiah (Christ) we also realise that we are forever indebted in gratitude to His People, they also are longing and waiting for Him to reveal Himself to them... maybe you and I might just be a part of seeing many of them come to receive Him as their King?
And what if the true key to seeing world wide revival and salvation released in the nations is in many ways directly connected to the restoration of the Kingdom, Land and People of Israel??
We believe that this is precisely what Paul writes about in Romans 11:11-15!  

In light of this we are absolutely convinced that it's time to start turning the key! Let's be a part of unlocking a potentially mighty harvest in our days, one that will sweep through the nations of Europe and all the way back down to the place it all began!!

This is not just another bible school or a trip... this is a statement to the whole planet that the King is soon returning!! We want to invite you to join us as we together prepare the way for 'His Kingdom to come and His Will to be done, ON THE EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN!!

This DTS is a University of the Nations registered course. The UofN is part of Youth with a Mission. A successfully completed DTS is a prerequisite to all other UofN training schools, degree programs and to work long term with YWAM.
