MEET THE STAFF
Base leaders
Erlend and Sofie did their Discipleship Training School (DTS) in 2010 at YWAM Rogaland, and in 2013 they got married. In YWAM Rogaland they have mainly worked with leading DTS and in 2020 they took on the role as base leaders. Sofie is also educated as a nurse.
Erlend and Sofie have three children: Noah, Johannes and Daniel.
founders
Jan and Kristin Torland did their Discipleship Training School (DTS) in 1991 at YWAM Borgen. They were married in 1992 and together worked as staff at Borgen before they led the base at Eintrøa for 11 years. In 2006 God called them to pioneer YWAM Rogaland.
Jan and Kristin have four children: Lilly Anne, Sara Louise, Jan Kristian Isaac and Katrine Grace.
